Notes: This exclusive edition was probably short-lived and/or used only for the author’s signature. (I bought a copy on eBay and can’t find a product page for it on the Barnes & Noble website right now – October 2015.)
The book itself has the same ISBN as the standard edition, but the dust jacket has a different ISBN. The book’s copyright page says ISBN = 978-0062024060 (hardcover), but the dust jacket says ISBN = 978-0062307347.
