Quickbooks processed a duplicate payroll that cost my client $15,000+ and despite full documentation that they were responsible, they will not pay for the error. 2. I placed a new client on full payroll with Nevada State employees. KB did not support the declaration of one of the taxes required by the state. They did not disclose this and admitted that they did not initially disclose or encourage the customer to file a return when it came. Quickbooks did take responsibility for the error by admitting it, but will not be responsible for taxes and penalties.
