First, let’s add a pair of eyes. These sit in a vertical line. Draw a small circle with a dot in the center for one eye and repeat for the other. The eyes can touch or you can leave a gap between them.

You can try a more oval or angular head, or even try layering a few circles and ovals of different sizes. That way, you can combine them all into a head shape.
