Power Rangers Dino Charge Toys Morpher – The new season is still months away, but that doesn’t stop our first wave of toys from hitting the shelves before the Christmas rush. First, we’ll take a look at the Deluxe Dino Charge Morpher. This is from Gaburevolver
. It retails for around $29.99, just like the previous Deluxe Morphers, and includes lights, sounds and collectibles. This time, the Morpher is the weapon that serves as one of the Rangers’ primary weapons (with the Dino Saber as the other). Including two Dino chargers (Zyudenchi from

): Tyrannosaurus Rex and Parasaurolophus. Until the chargers are inserted, the toy goes through three different gunshot sounds. Insert the charger into the “___ Charger! Connect!” Morphin Madness Announcer Guy said, followed by Generic Male Ranger Guy who said “Energize!” You can continue firing normally if you want, or you can rotate the chamber of the gun to activate a powerful sound.. Press the trigger to hear “Power Up! [Dinosaur]! Power Ranger [Color]!” said GMRG. For example, if you’re using a T. Rex charger, you’ll hear “Power Up! Tyrannosaurus Rex! Power Ranger Red!” and if you’re using the Para Charger, you’ll hear “Power Up! Parasaurolophus! Ranger of the Black!” How much of that will translate to the show is unknown, but it’s definitely verbal. If you end up using a charger that doesn’t morph someone, nothing is said behind the dinosaur’s name. There are voices for every Ranger that starts in the show, as well as all “Guardians”.

Also, which means everything will give way to Dino Charge at some point. The toy has sounds for Comic-Con, Legendary, Special, Happy Birthday, Happy Holidays and even something about healthy teeth. Finally, when you morph, you can press the trigger again for the final attack sound.
Overall, the Dino Charge Morpher is pretty cool. A direct comparison with the Gaburevolver shows some missing paint applications and a more streamlined design. Of course, the function of two Zyudenchi is missing, but because this function is only for “Armed On” function and “Vamola Mucho!” there were attacks, I wouldn’t really say that much was lost by the removal. For the price you pay, you get a very solid toy that still captures the look of the Japanese version well. The sounds are good in their range and it did not miss the basic functionality of the toy. It’s great that all the Rangers will be able to call in the Morpher, and I’m glad that all the attack chargers have unique sounds as well. Considering it’s about half the cost of the retail Gaburevolver, it’s an excellent choice for kids and collectors alike. I can’t wait to get more chargers and have some real fun with this thing.

We’ve made some improvements to our new page layout with larger images that make it easier to find information and allow for better search. 1 of 3 Next It’s been a great summer for Power Rangers Dino Charge. After returning from a long hiatus on US TV, the latest installment of the Power Rangers series has finally made its way to the UK in full – currently airing on POP, which is also home to many other iterations of the show. The series has received huge support here, with the series appearing at London’s MCM Comic Con in May before embarking on a national tour in the summer. It’s fantastic to see the Power Rangers series again featuring so many gimmicks, especially one as good as Dino Charge. You won’t see a full series review on this blog for a while, but trust me when I say it’s worth a look.
But the big question is, what are the toys? Thanks to the great team at Bandai UK, this special post will answer that question! When I got home last night I was shocked to find this package waiting for me and even more shocked by what I found inside. Are you curious? Read on and get ready to load!

Among the goodies we’ll be reviewing (and now available in stores nationwide as well as worldwide) are the Dino Charger deluxe morph and Action Hero 12.5cm (5″) Dino Charge BlueRanger figure. There was also a promotional Dino Charger, which I’ll talk about a bit below, a Power Rangers Dino Charge poster, and a copy of the latest issue of Power Rangers Super Megaforce from Panini Magazines (with the best freebie of all – the Warstar Slingshot). But enough of the list – time to check out these toys and find out if this latest line is fully charged or just a crappy battery.
First up for discussion is the deluxe Dino Charger morpher! If you’re not familiar with the show or it’s counterpart to Super Sentai Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, the series’ morpher is also their weapon. When charged with the correct Dino Charger, the ranger will change when fired. The morpher can also be combined with the Dino Saber (sold separately of course) to create a type of weapon such as a shotgun. The gun is also very loud in both shows, so if you like lights and sounds, this will be something to consider.
The packaging is very attractive, with the typical “Try Me!” fashion and including Dino Chargers right next door. The package includes a gun under a label that needs to be removed before the electronics will work, and due to the way it’s attached to the box until removed, it’s impossible to attempt the opening trick. On the back you will find the typical images showing the functionality of the toy, as well as a small image of all available Dino Chargers and a comparison of the weapon with the aforementioned Saber.
So the first thing Super Sentaifans will notice are the differences between the Dino Charge Morpher and its Kyoryugere counterpart – the Gaburevolver. As you can see from this comparison photo, there are significant differences in size, pattern and color applications. The Dino Charge morpher is smaller than its Japanese counterpart, less susceptible to some coatings (although the break is all the customer would have to go through), and features a slightly different pattern – especially in the barrel and trigger areas. The trigger is just a button instead of a ring around it, and the barrels are solid orange – probably because
