Since 2012, Call of Duty has had a clear development cycle – you have Black Ops games from Treyarch, followed by Infinite Warfare games (Spirit, Infinite Warfare) and then Sledgehammer Games (Advanced Warfare, WW2). Last year we got 4 Treyarch’s Black Ops; This year we got an Infinite Word game which is probably the modern Agon IV.
What Is The Next Call Of Duty Game Coming Out
According to this form, Sledgehammer Games should release a Call of Duty title in 2020, but it looks like that won’t happen.
Call Of Duty Warzone Mobile Officially Announced Ahead Of Full Reveal Next Week
According to a report by Kotaku, 2020’s Call of Duty – which was a development collaboration between Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software (which has helped with many past Call of Duty games) – will instead be developed by Treyarch.
This means that Treyarch has a greatly reduced development cycle for its next title, which Kotaku claims is Black Ops 5, but Sledgehammer and Raven will still be working hard to support the development process.
According to reports, Black Ops 5 will be set in the Cold War campaign and will feature sledgehammers and crowbars. Black Opus 4 certainly did not carry military service.
The piece also mentions the rivalry between Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software, with frequent arguments leading to problems developing, with Sledgehammer Games losing many of its employees within a year.
The Next Call Of Duty Game Could Be Set In Vietnam, According To An Insider
Furthermore, we expect we’ll have to wait a long time before anything is confirmed – we’re still waiting for official confirmation that Modern Agon 4 is happening (not to mention we’re still waiting for the Modern Agon II remaster). Although Treyarch’s next CoD release is two years away, the first details of the next title in the series, which is due for release in 2023, have been revealed through a crack.
While the 2021 CoD release titled Call of Duty: Vanguard has yet to be revealed, details of the 2023 CoD release are already trickling out from a well-known leak in the community.
The next game from RACERS, developed by Infinity Knight, codenamed “Project Cortez” will be released in 2022, apparently a follow-up to the popular 2019 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, but has yet to be leaked. 2023 title is out.
Following the usual three-year study cycle between Sledgehammer, Infinity Ward, Raven Software and Treyarch, the 2023 title will be developed by the masters behind the Black Ops series, Treyarch.
Call Of Duty (series)
Cold War Black Ops released in 2020, developed by the latest Call of Duty and Treyarch.
A typically reliable leaker, Tom Henderson, claims that Treyarch has some early entries in the CoD series.
The leak claims that Treyarch’s next title will be “semi-futuristic” and that the game will be “on the ground” for a 2023 release.

Cod 2021 Setting: What Will The Next Call Of Duty Game Be?
While fans of jetpacks and futuristic settings can expect a longer return, leakers say we’ll be stuck with boots on the ground for a while longer.
This is perhaps not so surprising, given the controversial Jetpack games in the past.
